Here are some examples to consider when deciding what lessons/sessions you need and what title nomenclature to use:
These examples may not be exactly what you need. A logical approach will make data exports easier to interpret.
Top tips:
- Include the teacher's name instead of 'lesson' in the title so it can be seen by the wider school community.
- DIfferentiate any lesson/session variations with a prefix to the name using a code or an abbreviation.

The order you add a lesson/session for a teacher is the order it will appear in the list (and cannot be changed).
Lessons/sessions added for different instruments are always grouped alphabetically.
The beneft of including [F] for fixed will be obvious when scheduling lessons. If you use the rotation tool it makes it much easier to see which lessons to exclude from a rotation sequence.
Here are some thoughts if you need to schedule lessons for pairs or small groups ...
(LAMDA is used as an example but could apply to any instrument/discipline/sport/subject)
You might need all or some of these sessions if you have more than LAMDA 1:1 lessons (and these shared lessons have a different charging rate):
LAMDA - A Person if you wish, you could call it LAMDA 1:1 - A Person
LAMDA 1:2 - A Person
LAMDA 1:3 - A Person
LAMDA Grp - A Person
All the pupils should have the appropriate lesson session(s) selected for the type of lesson(s) they will be taught.
You cannot put a pupil with other pupils (for a shared lesson) unless both/all the pupils have the same lesson/session type with the teacher.
