Moving on ...

The second training session is about:

• day-to-day use,

• building the activity programme for future terms,

• the settings for pupil and/or parent sign-up to activities.

We will start the session by reviewing your categories and activities that you have entered and switched on for the current term (or first term). If you have any questions about the rules that you have set for an activity we will check that they are suitable for the expected outcome.

Training Plan

• Co-curricular Calendar - where are the registers and how staff can record attendance
• Reports and Pupil View - how the information about pupil programmes and attendance can be reviewed
• Setting up next term - using the Master List to allow activities to continue and how to make changes
• Sign-up Settings - how to show the desired elements of the activity programme to pupils and/or parents and set for sign-up
