The first training session is about:
- top-level setup
We need to balance your desire to get activities entered with the need for you to develop an understanding of what category structure will be most effective for your intended method of sign-up. This is best explored during the first training session but might have been discussed during the 'Training Welcome' session.
Training Plan
- Master List - the inventory of all your activities (past, present and future)
- Active Activities - what activities are offered and take place during a specific term
- Staff Access
- Staff List (how your staff exist in SOCS)
- User List (set staff with one of several levels of access to Co-curricular as well as more generic permissions) - Pupil Access (to see the activities offered/allocated to them and their individual calendar)
- Parent Access (to see the activities offered/allocated to the pupil and view the pupil calendar)
